Is there a contract?
Subscriptions are billed month-to-month. No long-term contract is required.
Can I pause a form without losing its configuration?
Yes. You can pause a form and resume it later without setting it up again. Paused forms remain in your account and still count toward your subscription.
How is usage calculated?
Your subscription is based on the number of forms saved in your account, including paused forms. The monthly minimum includes your first six forms. Additional forms use graduated pricing, so the rate for each additional form decreases at higher usage tiers.
When am I billed?
Your subscription renews monthly. You can see your next billing date and invoices in the Billing section of your account.
What happens if I go over my included forms?
The monthly minimum includes six forms. Additional forms are charged according to the pricing tiers shown in the calculator. For more than 300 forms, contact us to discuss enterprise pricing.
How do usage-based discounts work?
Additional forms are charged in graduated tiers. For example, forms 7 through 10 cost $2.00 each per month, while forms 11 through 20 cost $1.75 each. Earlier forms keep their tier rate.
Can I remove or pause a form mid-month?
You can remove a form at any time to reduce your subscription form count. Pausing keeps its configuration and it continues to count toward your subscription. Check your Billing page for invoice details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my usage?
For the usage-based subscription shown here, your form count changes as you add or remove forms. You can pause forms without deleting their settings, but paused forms still count toward your subscription.
