Allow monitoring traffic through your firewall

A firewall or anti-bot service may block FormStatus before it can load or submit a form.

Review the failed test’s time, URL, error details, and available recording. Compare that time with your host’s or firewall’s security logs. Look for blocked requests, challenges, or rate limits involving the form page or its submission endpoint.

Ask FormStatus support for the current outbound monitoring addresses for your account before creating an IP-based rule. Worker addresses can change and may differ by monitoring setup.

Use the narrowest exception your security provider supports. Keep normal visitor protections enabled and avoid broad rules that bypass security for unrelated traffic.

After saving a rule, run a manual test and check both the FormStatus report and firewall logs. If the block continues, contact support with the provider name, form URL, test time, and blocked-request details.
